And with the event that Microsoft partners from around the world await with bated breath, Microsoft Inspire, trending as #MSInspire was no less than a spectacle in every sense. While partner conferences are something that only large scale organizations put up, these events talk a great deal about the insights of the importance a vendor company is giving to its clients. With the major agenda of a sales event, these partner conferences give the clients a good sneak peek into the plans of the vendors and what their aims and goals are for the coming times. Focused on driving customer and partner engagements, MSInspire is usually setting goals for partners with a humungous limelight concentrated on recognitions and morale boosting of the inseparable part of their ecosystem. Focusing on multiple aspects that have seen a paradigm change, the graph of successful ventures is on the rise and new additions ensure that the same continues. Dynamic 365, PowerApps, AppSource, Azure Marketplace & AI were some of the key highlights of the entire 3 day hullabaloo and Vegas definitely seemed much brighter with MSInspire, as it does, year after year.
With its grandeur and exuberance soaring higher every passing year, Microsoft Inspire was a 3 days extravaganza with partners and MS geeks pouring in from all corners of the world. Hosted on the 15th, 16th and 17th July 2019, Microsoft Inspire was a huge platfom that offered immense opportunities to investors, partners and those wishing to walk the extra mile to realise the potential that technology has to offer.
With the arrivals starting on the 14th July, Microsoft had its First Time Attendee orientation sorted on the very same day and The Hub Preview by Microsoft Inspire and Microsoft Ready. Taking off with Corenote at Microsoft Inspire, the major part of Day 1 was devoted to Networking & Sessions at Microsoft Inspire followed by Social Hours with Microsoft Inspire and Microsoft Ready and Area Celebrations to conclude the day with.
“The magic happens when your teams meet our technology. We come together in a partnership” said Gavriella Schuster, Corporate VP for One Commercial Partner at MS Corp.
While the Corenote at Day1 worked towards valuing and empowering Microsoft Partners, it also drove a significant focus to democratise digital. Making the economies digital and democratizing it, part of the address by Judson Althoff, Executive VP of Worldwide Commercial Business at MS Corp was what ruled the Day1 which saw numerous attendees at the arena for the CoreNote and then some more at the various halls put up for interaction of the partners with the core teams.
Putting up ‘The Hub’, an open platform at the Mandalay Bay Convention Centre which was a rather convenient spot for the attendees to come together and build up the much required connect with Microsoft Partners from all over the world, The Hub was a gallery of opportunities for those willing to find one.
Specific Area Lounges, Connect Zone- a cafe set up to meet and discuss opportunities with other MS Partners from more than 130 countries and the Social Hours presented a plethora of options for all the attendees to reap out the maximum benefits from the MS Inspire and one could only wish for that the time did not end that soon!!
Day 2 Corenote:
While Day2 saw a multitude of featured speakers taking over the stage that come from different walks of life and have their own lives as an example to inspire, MS Inspire got an immeasurable impetus at The Hub, wherein the SMC Sales Centre was one of the numerous interactive enters and platform available for people to mingle with the like minded crowd and explore the richness of the event. Day 2 was still ruled by Networking & Sessions at Microsoft Inspire, followed by Social hours at Microsoft Ready and Microsoft Inspire which paved for various evening events later.
While Innovation, Partnership and Business Leadership remained at the core of all the activities planned at MS Inspire, the learning material available as well as the unmatched energy of the event pumped up the enthusiasm manifolds. The huge gathering comprised of not only Microsoft partners from more than 130 countries but also Microsoft senior leadership, Microsoft Solution Specialists, Microsoft Account Executives, Microsoft Channel Managers, Senior Industry Experts and many more.
The event also focused on core aspects such as being accessible to all, embracing sustainability and supporting wellness by undertaking various activities and minuscule steps such as providing sustainable food choices, giving healthy meal options, gym access and a host of other conveniences to the attendees.
A gesture of warmth to first time attendees, MS Inspire also put up the FTA program by pairing new attendees with seasoned partners who could serve as guides and mentors to sheath the new attendees by getting blinded from the extravaganza. Starting from the orientations to the post-event planning help, the FTA was no less than a boon for the newbies and definitely helped in making them comfortable and completely imbibe the essence of MS Inspire.
Day 3 Corenote:
While Day3 consisted of Microsoft Inspire and Microsoft Ready Corenotes to start the day with, strong words from Satya Nadella and Brad Smith about not only reaching out to but also at the same time empowering every organisation on the planet simultaneously creating a sustainable environment on the planet for the future generations to come touched a chord.
Day3 witnessed numerous shared stories of success and innovation from the attendees. Majority of the stalls at The Hub and even the Connect Zones saw a huge footfall with people trying to grab up as much as they could from what MS Inspire had to offer. Empowering through partnerships, collaborations and reaching out to partners from farthest of places within a couple of square inches is one of the best things MS Inspire offers to its partners. The multiple atriums and theatres hosted a significant number of sessions for the attendees to take back with them as experiences and knowledge. Business development Connections and Networking Sessions at Microsoft Inspire and Microsoft Ready still took up the major part of the day and the One Celebration was the just the perfect way to end the 3 days long exuberant affair.
The catch ups at The Hub, the discussions, key speakers’ notes, CoreNote, all added to the 3 days Gala event, numerous discussions, meetings, brainstorming and a host of other activities on the latest technologies, updates, programs and applications pertaining to services and solutions such as Cloud Management, Artificial Intelligence, Business Applications, Teamworks, Internet of Things and much more, the event wrapped up with one of the largest celebrations, or rather, the One Celebration. The event throbbed with the high energy levels of Microsoft employees and partners alike, celebrating their shared success and at the same time paving way for the year that is to come.
On Thursday, the 18th July, the day for the final see- offs, the content was concluded with the First Time Attendee workshops, some more networking sessions and Area General Sessions which worked out like more of cool down sessions to kick start the wait for the event next year!
