Microsoft Kaizala is now available in 18 Indian languages like Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, and Telugu. There are many unique features like Me Chat and Persistent Chat, and many other features like video and voice calling and web app. Using persistent chat, you can save messages over time and when a new user joins he/she will be able to read those saved messages.
There is also a feature to back up your data and export when needed. All messages, attachments and action cards can be saved and further exported for auditing purposes. Microsoft’s Kaizala Web is just an extension of your phone. You can make audio and video calls to other kaizala contacts. It also gives you a personal space where you can save notes, messages, photos and many more in me chat.
